Have you looked up lately?
I mean literally, have you bent your neck back and looked up at the sky? I was sitting outside during my lunch break today, lost in thought over work as usual. Then for whatever reason I looked up. I was shocked to find a big, blue, beautiful sky and wonderful white clouds looking down at me, sitting right over my head for who knows how long. And I realized that just taking a few seconds to look up and sit in the beauty of a sunny day can be really enjoyable.
